🎵Hymn from Global Canticle
No. 2 (SEC 5): Love That Stays
Scriptures: Ephesians 2:8 · Titus 3:4–7
Suggested Tune: Woodworth • Meter: 8.8.8.8 • Key: D Major
1:
Love that bears the hardest cost,
Love that finds what others lost.
Not for show or sweet exchange,
But love that stays through all things strange.
2:
Love that listens through the storm,
Wraps the hurt in something warm.
Not to win, but to forgive—
The love You gave so we might live.
3:
Let me carry wounds in grace,
Serve with joy and slow my pace.
Christ, let love remake my ways.
A love that heals, a love that stays.
4:
Love that stays when all else fades,
When hope is thin and light evades.
Let me be its echo true.
A love that stays, because of You.

🕸️Core Teaching:
Boaz did not rush to claim Ruth. He first sought out the nearer kinsman, respecting the proper order. This shows that patience honors God’s process. Provision is not just about receiving — it’s about waiting for God’s timing so that blessings come without regret or compromise.
🧶Short Story:
A young believer deeply desired marriage, but impatience pressed on her heart. Friends encouraged her to settle quickly, reasoning that companionship was better than loneliness. Yet, she sensed the Spirit whispering caution. Each night, she prayed for guidance, surrendering her longing to God.
Months turned into years, and the temptation to compromise grew stronger. Still, she chose trust over haste. She remembered Ruth, who waited faithfully in the fields, and Boaz, who honored God’s law before claiming her hand. Their story reminded her that divine provision never comes through shortcuts but through obedience.
At last, in God’s perfect timing, the right partner appeared—not through striving, but through prayerful patience. Peace filled her heart, confirming that this union was not born of desperation but of divine orchestration. Her waiting became a testimony: God’s provision is never late, and His timing is always best.

🥁 Hymn from Global Canticle
No. 15 (SEC 1): Fire on the Threshold
Scriptures: Isaiah 60:1 • Tune: Thaxted • Meter: 13.13.13.13.13.13 • Key: D Major
1:
A fire upon the threshold, the Spirit drawing near,
The veil of night is lifting, the holy vision clear;
The altar coals are glowing, the embers now awake,
The glorious dawn of Zion begins at last to break!
Awake, O sleeping army, and rise from out the grave,
The Lord of Hosts is coming, omnipotent to save!
2:
Step through the silent valley, the promised hour is now,
The heavens stand wide open, the earth in awe must bow;
The cry of all the faithful is rising in the flame,
And lifeless bones awaken to magnify His name!
No longer are we waiting, no longer bound by night,
The holy fire is falling, the weary soul takes flight!
3:
Arise and shine in glory, your radiant light has come,
And nations walk rejoicing to seek the Father’s home;
The Spirit clothes the humble in garments of His grace,
The gates are standing open to crown the end of days!
A fire upon the threshold, the mighty King revealed,
The breath of God is blowing across the harvest field!
