🎷Advent Milk Scroll for Kids Week 2: Peace

🙋 Welcome to Week 2 Activities
     💭🎷 PEACE  🗯️🎷
Theme: Preparing the Way for the Lord

🪅Hymn from Global Canticle
 #4 SECTION XIII: "When I Pray"

Meter: 8.7.8.7
Key: D Minor
Tune: Converse

1.
When I pray, the world grows quiet,
Heaven bends to hear my voice;
Though I’m small, my words are mighty—
In His love, I can rejoice.

2.
When I pray, the angels listen,
God draws near to hold my hand;
Even tears become a river
Flowing through His promised land.

3.
When I pray, I’m not alone—
Jesus walks beside my soul;
Every whisper, every groaning
He will lift and make me whole.

🌝Story of the WeekPeace’s
 Gentle Wind

The story continues…

Peace’s lantern glowed soft blue whenever she helped settle arguments or prayed for someone feeling anxious. One day, the village square was noisy with shouting. People were upset and no one wanted to listen.
Peace stepped forward, lifted her lantern, and whispered,
“Let’s listen to each other.”
A gentle wind brushed through the square. Voices softened. Hearts calmed.
Her lantern shimmered like the sky at dawn.

🌲Weekly Scripture for Children
“Blessed are the peacemakers, For they shall be called sons of God. (NKJV).” — Matthew 5:9.
