_ “Then Samuel took a stone and set it between Mizpah and Shen, and called the name of it Ebenezer, saying, ‘Thus far the Lord has helped us.’” — 1 Samuel 7:12 (KJV).
Welcome to the Thanksgiving Anniversary.
This verse is more than historical — it's prophetic.
On August 3rd, we raise our own Ebenezer.
We plant a memorial in the soil of mercy and declare with boldness:
“Thus far the Lord has helped us.”
🌱Short Sermon: Thus Far — Living at the Edge of Grace
There’s a sacred tension between where we’ve been and where we’re going — and it lives inside this phrase: “thus far.”
“Thus far” is not a passive reflection. It is a testimony! A witness that we didn’t arrive by luck, skill, or strategy, but by the divine hand that pulled us through disappointments, detours, and droughts.
Every altar we build today looks back with reverence and forward with fresh resolve.
This Thanksgiving Anniversary isn’t just a pause to reflect — it’s a moment to rebirth.
God doesn’t merely restore; He reroutes destiny.
Your “thus far” is evidence that there’s still more ahead.....
Praise the Living God.
🌐A Sacred Pause in a Busy World🪤
August 3rd rises above routine.
A holy interruption. A heartbeat of gratitude.
This day calls us to lift our voices, rebuild altars,
and return to the rhythm of grace.
It’s not just a date.
It’s a declaration:
To recount mercies, rekindle praise, and reignite purpose.
From whispered prayers to bold declarations,
grateful hearts form a global chorus echoing grace.
🏯Why We Celebrate
Gratitude is the lifeblood of the soul.
It transforms trials into testimonies and ordinary moments into milestones.
On August 3rd, we gather to:
- Recount mercies — the visible and hidden ways grace sustained us,
- Rekindle praise — restoring joy’s rhythm in our lives,
- Reignite purpose — remembering our calling and divine identity.
This day belongs to every voice, every story, every altar of thanksgiving.

🏄Thanksgiving by Brother Emmanuel from Nigeria.🏊
👨Title: Altars in the Ashes👨
There were days when hope felt mythical.
I walked through betrayal, loss, and silent prayers...
Then I found this altar.
On August 3rd, I lit my thanksgiving.
The fire was weak, but my faith was real.
This is for every heart cracked but not crushed.
Lord, rebuild what we buried.
Rekindle joy where fear lingered.
Let this day echo with second chances.
I lay my past on the altar.
I lift my praise with trembling hands.
August 3rd — where grace meets glory.
🍒Final Thanksgiving from the Founder
Theme: “This is the Lord’s doing; it is marvelous in our eyes.” — Psalm 118:23.
Today, I bow in awe and gratitude. From July 25th to August 3rd, the Gospel Diary Anniversary has been more than a celebration — it has been a spiritual pilgrimage. A journey of grace, growth, and global impact.
What began as a whisper of vision has become a global altar of devotion. Gospel Diary — once just a seed — is now a flourishing tree, bearing fruit in nations and hearts.
Believers from Nigeria, USA, Singapore, Ireland, Mexico, Canada, Australia, India, China, Hong Kong, and many more have found a home here. They’ve dashed in with hunger, lingered with prayer, and left with renewed strength.
🙏What the Lord Has Done:
- He breathed life into a digital vision and made it a spiritual sanctuary. (Habakkuk 2:2–3).
- He gathered nations under one banner of truth and grace. (Isaiah 2:2).
- He sustained the message, day after day, with fresh oil and divine rhythm. (Psalm 92:10).
- He turned screens into sanctuaries, and posts into prophetic declarations. (John 4:24).
- He planted a Gospel Diary in the hearts of believers — and it has come to stay. (Jeremiah 31:33).
☔My Personal Thanksgiving:
When the Lord first laid the Gospel Diary on my heart, I had no idea how far it would reach.
There were moments of uncertainty, but His faithfulness never wavered. Today, I stand in awe — not of what I’ve done, but of what He has done through this platform.
I give You all the glory, Lord.
May Your name be exalted forever.
May Gospel Diary continue to be a wellspring of truth, a sanctuary of grace,
and a trumpet of Your love.
💬Personal Testimonies from the Nations
📍Brother Emmanuel from Nigeria shared via email:
“Since I discovered the Gospel Diary, my spiritual life has taken a new turn. The weekly devotions have become my compass. I now walk with clarity, peace, and purpose. God is truly using this platform to transform lives.”
📌A follower from Singapore wrote:
“Gospel Diary has become my morning altar. I’ve never felt so connected to the Word. It’s like God speaks directly to me through each post.”
These stories are the true evidence of God’s hand. They are the fruit of obedience, and the fragrance of His presence.
🔥Prophetic Declaration💥
As we close this anniversary, we open a new chapter. I declare that Gospel Diary will continue to be a voice crying in the digital wilderness — preparing hearts, restoring hope, and igniting revival across nations.
The best is yet to come.
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think, according to the power that works in us — to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” (Ephesians 3:20–21).

🌌Call to Action - Rise Your Own Ebenezer🌠
Let this day be your declaration:
- Speak gratitude boldly — with voice, with worship, with writing,
- Share Emmanuel’s Dove Drop with someone who feels forgotten,
- Reflect in silence. Post in faith. Praise like you’ve seen the ending.
August 3rd is your altar. Build it with fire.
Now,
Dove Returns
Not just a symbol, but a messenger.
With grace in its wings
and a scroll in its mouth.
This scroll is no ordinary parchment.
It carries the rhythm of daily devotion —
A diary written in divine ink.
The theology of movement.
The purpose of presence.
From Genesis 8:11, reborn in motion:
> “And the dove returned… and lo, in its mouth was a scroll.”
Today, the Dove brings a Verse.
Our emblem speaks of direction fed from the soul.
Of grace — given daily.
This isn't design.
This is divine intention.
✝️Anchor Word from the Founder — Permission to Pioneer🌺
You were not born to repeat cycles.
You were not birthed to mimic patterns, blend in, or walk well-worn roads.
You were called — divinely summoned — to interrupt the familiar.
There is greatness in your grit, and fire in your footsteps.
Permission has already been given.
Go first. Break ground.
Blaze trails where others saw only barriers.
Let legacy begin with your obedience.
☦️Daily Drop (New Devotional Format)✝️
Lord,
We come not with perfect words, but with willing hearts.
You’ve carried us thus far — through storms and stillness,
shadows and songs.
Let August 3rd be a flame that never dies.
Rebuild what’s broken.
Revive what’s buried.
Reignite purpose where weariness once ruled.
May this altar echo gratitude loud enough to shake nations.
And may Your glory meet us here.
In Jesus name,
Amen.
God bless you.
