🪇 Hymn from Global Canticle
No. 2 (SEC 3): Love That Stays
Theme: Enduring love that heals and forgives
Scriptures: Ephesians 2:8 • Titus 3:4–7
Suggested Tune: Woodworth
Meter: 8.8.8.8
Key: D Major

1:
Love that bears the hardest cost,
Love that finds what others lost.
Not for show or sweet exchange,
But love that stays through all things strange.
2:
Love that listens through the storm,
Wraps the hurt in something warm.
Not to win, but to forgive—
The love You gave so we might live.
3:
Let me carry wounds in grace,
Serve with joy and slow my pace.
Christ, let love remake my ways.
A love that heals, a love that stays.
4:
Let this love outlast the night,
Shining with eternal light.
Not by strength, but by Your grace—
A love that stays in every place.
5:
Love that stays when all else fades,
When hope is thin and light evades.
Let me be its echo true.
A love that stays, because of You.

♐ Original Devotional Snapshot (April 27, 2025)
"Christ is risen, and because He lives, we live with hope beyond despair. Easter is not a day—it is a lifestyle."

💞 Then vs. Now Reflection Prompt
“How have I grown since this word first came? Am I living more intentionally as an Easter person today than I was last year?”

Introduction: As we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, we're reminded that Easter isn't just a one-day event, but a continuous journey of living hope and purpose. Today, let's explore what it means to walk as Easter people.

☀️ Key Points
1. New Birth in Christ
   - Through Jesus' resurrection, we've been given a new birth into a living hope (1 Peter 1:3). This hope transforms our lives, giving us purpose and direction.

2. Living as Ambassadors of Hope
   - As Easter people, we're called to share the hope of Christ with others. This hope is not just for personal encouragement but also for spreading God's glory.

3. Practical Application
   - Let's identify ways to share this hope with others through words, actions, or encouragement. How can we reflect God's glory in our daily lives?

🎊 Reflection:
The resurrection of Christ has a profound impact on our daily lives. It calls us to live with hope, purpose, and a deep sense of God's love. As Easter people, we're empowered to face challenges with confidence in God's goodness.

In Conclusion:
Let's embrace our identity as Easter people, walking in the hope and purpose that Christ's resurrection brings. May our lives be a testament to God's love and glory.

- Spiritual insight: Hope is not passive—it is active trust in God’s promises.

Gospel Diary Trickle B (GDT-B)

1:
O Lord, You have raised us from the dust,
Your breath awakens our weary bones.
We walk no longer in shadows of death,
But in the dawn of resurrection light.
2:
We are Easter people, clothed in joy,
Our garments washed in the Lamb’s pure blood.
Chains of despair fall silent at Your voice,
Freedom sings in the marrow of our souls.
3:
The stone is rolled, the grave undone,
Morning breaks with trumpet fire.
We lift our eyes to the Risen One,
Whose wounds now shine as healing streams.
4:
Teach us to live as children of hope,
Not bound by yesterday’s sorrow.
Our steps are steady on paths of grace,
Our hearts aflame with eternal promise.
5:
We are called to bear the light,
To scatter darkness with holy flame.
In every valley, in every street,
Christ’s victory echoes through our lips.
6:
O Lord, remind us we are Yours,
Not orphans wandering in the night.
Your Spirit seals us as Easter kin,
Marked by mercy, crowned with love.
7:
So let our lives be psalms of praise,
Chanted in rhythm with heaven’s song.
We are Easter people, forever alive,
Carrying resurrection in every breath.

🔥Closing Prayer
"Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of new life through Jesus Christ. Give me strength to share the hope of Easter with others and to live lives that reflect Your glory. May I be an ambassador of Your love and hope in our community. In Jesus’ name, Amen."

Blessing:
May the God of the living bless you, now and forever.
