Reflect on God's Goodness:  Take time to ponder God's love and blessings in your life. 2. Share Your Gratitude:  Express thanks to someone who has made a positive impact. 3. Cultivate a Grateful Heart: Practice daily thanksgiving, no matter the circumstances. Gratitude Changes Everything!  Shifts focus from lack to abundance.  Fosters contentment and peace.  Strengthens relationships. Challenge : Write down 3 things you're grateful for today! Prayer : Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for Your enduring love and goodness. Help me cultivate a grateful heart. In Jesus' name, Amen.
